I have also renovated and furnished two dollhouses for nieces---Suzanne and Monica.  When these two women were girls, their Grandfather Roth bought a wooden dollhouse and some sturdy furnishings for the children to play with at his home.  Over the years I added items to this dollhouse, and in 1994 completely renovated and refurnished the inside.  Suzanne had lived nearby and played with this dollhouse most often, and so it became hers to keep.  A few years later I purchased, renovated, and furnished a similar dollhouse for Monica and presented this house to her as a wedding shower gift.
